Celery To The Rescue!
Raw vegetables like carrots and celery, and leafy greens like lettuce allow your teeth to practice their grinding action, so chewing on these fibrous foods gives good resistance to your teeth. These crunchy veggies are also full of water, which can mitigate their sugar content.
Celery is the best weapon you can use to keep bacteria inside your mouth at bay. Celery is loaded with various dental health benefits. The extra chewing it requires produces plenty of saliva, which neutralizes the bacteria Streptococcus mutans that causes cavities. Additionally, chomping on naturally abrasive foods massages gums and cleans between teeth.
Try chewing on a celery or carrots once a day for better dental health!
